Professor Satyamurthy

A PHD in Highway Engineering, Professor Satyamurthy holds more than 30 years of professional experience in the field of Highway especially in the field of Geotech Technical and Pavement Design both in India and aboard.
As one of the Technical Advisor on board Inspire India Properties Private Limited, he has been advising the firm on feasibility and way forward on the prospects of Realty projects. Apart from being a Professor, he has also worked as Senior Highway Engineering Consultant for various Organizations viz. NHAI, Bangalore Mahanagara Palike, Bangalore Development Authority, Mysore Urban Development Authority etc. in solving the Highway Engineering problems in Bangalore and Mysore cities through innovative study.
Professor Satyamurthy has also represented Government of India from year 1996 to 1998, to Moscow Automobile and Highway Construction Institute, Moscow, USSR and from 1981 to 1983, was reputed by Government of India under FAS scheme to Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna, Nigeria, and West Africa.
He is one of the eminent personality and has life time member ship with many professional societies Member, The Institution of Engineers (India), Member, Indian Roads Congress, Member, Indian Geotechnical Society, Member, Indian Society for Technical Education, Member, Indian Society for Desert Technology

Major. Ravi Shankar

Major. Ravi Shankar is a Graduate Civil Engineer with Masters in Geodetic Science and Surveys and has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of Surveying related to Infrastructure projects and various defense related operations, funded by World Bank, Asian Development Bank and Private participation.
He is well conversant with the latest survey techniques involving both planimetric and spherical coordinate system and possesses hands on experience in handling Total Station and GPS instruments and GIS applications. His tenure of 30years he has been working with various domestic and international firms viz. KAMPSAX India (Cowi Consultant of Denmark), BCEOM, Jaypee Group, EGIS India, SECON, L&T-Ramboll Consulting Engineers Ltd., Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick & Co. Ltd, Tangerine Geo Sciences, Sultanate of Oman – National Survey Authority and Larsen & Toubro Ltd. He started his career by serving Indian Army, Corps of Engineers and retired at the rank of Major.
Maj. Ravishankar is recognized as a sector expert having served many renowned organizations on both domestic and international projects.

Mallana P. Hosamani

Mallana P. Hosamani is a Graduate in B.Sc, LLB and retired Thasildhar having 30 years of work experience in Revenue department. He worked for 12 years as Thasildhar. He has immense knowledge about Revenue department of Karnataka Land revenue act 1964, Karnataka Land reforms act 1961, Land acquisition act.

G J Nayak

Gopal Jogi Nayak is a Graduate Civil Engineer with Masters in City Planning and has over 35 years of professional experience of having served Department of Town Planning, Government of Karnataka for 35 years in various capacities as Town Planning Officer to Director and handled urban development and management programs.
He has worked in various capacities as Town Planning Officer of the district planning units of Belgaum, Gulbarga, Dharwad, Mangalore and handled comprehensive urban planning issues in the districts as a whole and in all urban centers. As officer in charge for preparation of Regional Development Plan for River Valley Regions of Tungabhadra, Krishna, Cauvery and Western ghat region. As Head of Urban Planning (Joint Director) at Dharwad, handled over all planning of North Karnataka Zone covering present 11 districts.
In addition to his vast experience, he has undergone specialization course in Management of Urban Development at Birmingham University, U.K, in association with Town and Country Planning Organization (TCPO), Government of India, New Delhi, during 1988.
As team leader of Planning Team of the Institute of Town Planners India, Karnataka Regional Chapter, was responsible for preparation of rejuvenation plan for city CBD of Bangalore and preparation of Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for Hubli- Dharwad during 2000-01.He was on the board as a one of the team member of Green Belt committee and has prepared document for green belt policy for Bangalore city for Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) during 1998-99. He was involved in setting up policy for State of Karnataka in the year 2002.
