Mr. Balakrishnan's success story dates back to year 2002 when he was voted to be the "best speaker" followed by "best impromptu speaker" in the year 2003. There has been no looking back since then for him. He is a visiting speaker at Toastmasters International and he has engaged with students in over 100 schools, colleges and universities across India on contemporary topic like "Memory, Study Skills and Graphology". Mr. Balakrishnan is also a featured speaker on many popular youth centric television channels and AIR (All India Radio).
Mr. Balakrishna also holds a very prestigious position of a chief mentor at the Leaders Academy for Personal Success (LAPS), an institute that imparts education on advance life skills and leadership. His mentoring skills are very popular in the corporate circles where we has been conducting dynamic leadership programs across many big Indian cities. Till date he has engaged with more that 10,00,000 people and successfully trained over 30,000 people on various forms of leadership skills.

Born in an agrarian society at Chikkaballapur, a district known of its agriculture and quality of food grains in Karnataka, Mr. Krishnappa grew up to be seasoned businessman of choice.
Mr. Krishnappa started his chequered career in 1997 as a Project Manager with Ramanand constructions, a Bangalore based firm which deals with big commercial projects. His entrepreneurial journey started in the year 2000 when he entered into the business of large scale real estate development.
The company soon diversified to work on large Civil engineering contracts from BBMP,BDA, Railways and other high profile government authorities. Soon these agencies unanimously recognize Mr. Krishappa as a top contractor having clean and transparently managed business. He also ventured into apartment construction business through a joint venture with "North Gate Properties Pvt. Ltd." in Bangalore.
Mr. Krishnappa C. was awarded as Best Organizer for National Level contracts by “National Level Village and Khadi Industries Board” in 2004. He is a part of Leaders academy for personal success , from the last few years.
Mr. Krishnappa believes that real estate investments will play a big role in financial upliftment of Indian Middle class and it will create many job opportunities to reduce unemployment among the youth.

Danesh I. Tadasalur

Born and brought up in Mudhol, Mr. Danesh realized very early in his life that future of Indian economy will take the rural route. He started his maiden journey to the corporate world by starting up an Agro products business in 1992 dealing in fertilizer, seeds and pesticides.
In 2002, he diversified his venture into trending of food grains at APMC yard. In 2010, he further diversified into the trading of cattle food. He has been running the show successfully for the last 20 years now and since then there has been no looking back for Mr. Danesh I. Tadasalur.
Mr. Danesh has also served as an vice chairman for “The Mudhol Co-Operative Bank Ltd.,” Mudhol, for the period of 5 years (2003 – 2008). He is one of the advisory committee member for “Basaveshwara Co-Operative Bank Ltd.,” Bagalkot & “Bilagi Urban Co-Operative Bank Ltd.,” Bilagi.
Mr. Danesh's personal goal is to make farmers aware of the latest tools and techniques in cultivations that will lead them to grow food in quantity and quality. He has a vision to help farmers become financially secure and to take agricultural business in India to its next level.
Mr. Danesh holds a diploma in automobile engineering.
